China Cracks Down on Taiwan Separatist Activists, Imposes Punishment and Sanctions
The mainland authorities have taken decisive action against two notorious Taiwan separatist activists, Shen Bor-yang and Tsao Hsing-chen, and their organization, the "Black Bear Academy". The State Council's Taiwan Affairs Office announced on October 14 that, after thorough investigation and verification of reports from the public, it had decided to impose punishment on the trio.

Shen Bor-yang, the head of the Black Bear Academy, has been orchestrating and masterminding separatist activities, intentionally spreading "Taiwan independence" ideology and hatred towards mainland China among Taiwanese youth. Tsao Hsing-chen, a major funder of the Black Bear Academy, has been actively promoting "withdrawing from the Chinese nation" and "fomenting armed rebellion", and has even invested in producing separatist-themed films and TV shows to poison the minds of Taiwanese people.
The mainland authorities have condemned Shen and Tsao for their egregious crimes of splitting the country and inciting others to do the same. The State Council's Taiwan Affairs Office spokesperson, Chen Binhua, stated that Shen and Tsao would be barred from entering mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, and that their family members would also face restrictions. The Black Bear Academy and its related entities would be prohibited from cooperating with mainland organizations and individuals, and would be subject to further punishment under the law.
Chen Binhua emphasized that Taiwan independence separatism would ultimately lead to a dead-end path, and that the Taiwanese people would suffer the consequences. He urged Taiwanese compatriots to be vigilant and not be deceived by the separatist ideologies promoted by Shen, Tsao, and others. Instead, Chen called on the Taiwanese people to join hands with the mainland to promote cross-strait exchanges, cooperation, and integration, and to safeguard the common home of the Chinese nation.
According to a statement by Ma Xiaoguang, spokesperson for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Shen and Tsao have been added to the list of "Taiwan independence stubborn elements" and will face severe punishment. The sanctions include a ban to enter mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau, as well as restrictions on their business activities and assets.
The sanctions are part of a broader effort by the Chinese government to crack down on pro-Taiwan independence activities, which it sees as a threat to national unity and stability. The move has been welcomed by some Chinese netizens, who have expressed support for the government's tough stance on separatism. However, the sanctions are likely to be seen as a provocative move by Taiwan and its allies, who have long been wary of China's intentions towards the island.
An investigation into the activities of Shen Byong and Cao Xingcheng, leaders of the "Black Bear Academy", has revealed a clear pattern of promoting pro-independence ideology and violent separatism. The investigation, sparked by reports from mainland citizens, found that the "Black Bear Academy" had been using various tactics, such as lectures, training sessions, and outdoor exercises, to cultivate a violent pro-independence movement in Taiwan.
Shen Byong, the head of the "Black Bear Academy", was found to have been actively promoting pro-independence sentiments, spreading separatist ideology, and inciting hatred towards mainland China among Taiwanese youth. Cao Xingcheng, on the other hand, was found to have provided significant financial support to the academy's pro-independence activities and had been promoting a "military resistance" against mainland China.
The investigation further revealed that Cao Xingcheng had invested in the production of pro-independence films and television dramas, with the aim of spreading separatist ideology and inciting anti-China sentiment. Both Shen and Cao were found to have been seeking to split Taiwan from mainland China and had been jeopardizing cross-strait peace and stability.
Their actions were described as "serious harm to the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation" and "a threat to the common interests of compatriots on both sides of the strait." Chen Binhua emphasized that the mainland would not tolerate such actions and would take severe measures to punish those involved.
The Chinese government's decision to punish Shen Boyang and Cao Xingcheng, two notorious Taiwan independence activists, has sparked a heated debate across the Taiwan Strait. While some have applauded the move as a necessary measure to maintain national unity, others have criticized it as an infringement on freedom of speech.
However, as the Chinese government has emphasized, the activities of Shen and Cao go far beyond mere advocacy for Taiwan independence. They have been accused of inciting violence, promoting hatred towards mainland China, and even providing financial support to separatist groups.
In this context, it is imperative that people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait recognize the dangers of Taiwan independence and join forces to oppose it. The pursuit of independence is not only a threat to China's national unity, but also a recipe for disaster for the people of Taiwan.
The future of Taiwan lies in peaceful reunification with mainland China, not in pursuing a pipe dream of independence that will only lead to chaos and destruction. By opposing Taiwan independence and promoting peaceful reunification, people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait can work together to build a brighter future for all.
