The Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission has advised citizens to take certain preventive measures to avoid getting infected or spreading the virus further. The three most important things they recommend are disinfecting regularly, wearing a mask, eating nourishing foods that are good for your lungs, and exercising regularly to boost immunity.

Many Weibo users have shared their experiences with influenza, expressing their frustration at the prolonged symptoms of coughing and loss of taste and smell. Janice Man shared a Weibo video where she talked about her recent recovery from the flu, highlighting how nothing tasted good and she couldn't sleep properly. Another user, Why-sweetness and courage, shared a similar experience, mentioning that fever and weight loss were part of their experience with influenza.

Influenza A has been reported to be particularly strong this year, prompting many Weibo users to stock up on antiviral medication like oseltamir and molnupiravir. Oseltamivir is taken twice a day for five days consecutive while Molnupiravir only needs to be taken once in total.

Many Weibo netizens have expressed concern about the preventive measures being taken, with some people expressing frustration over the resurgence of mask-wearing on public transportation and the lack of consideration given to highly allergic individuals who may struggle with this requirement.

The 'National Influenza Center's Weekly Report on Flu Surveillance in China' reports a steady rise in viral positivity rates in southern and northern provinces since November, with A(H3N2) being the most prevalent strain followed by B (Victoria) series.

Weibo users have shared their experiences of recovery from illness and emphasized the importance of getting vaccinated and following hygiene measures to prevent further infection. They encourage others to stay healthy, wear masks, ventilate often, and wash hands regularly.

In conclusion, as influenza continues its rampage across China, citizens are advised to take precautions seriously, including vaccination, maintaining good personal hygiene, and following guidelines set by health authorities.

Overall, the situation highlights the importance of public health awareness and cooperation in preventing the spread of infectious diseases like influenza.
