High-speed rail booking website 12306 suffers an outage

A major issue has occurred on June 20th, causing delays and inconvenience for many passengers who rely on the high-speed rail service. As a result, passengers who had already purchased tickets for these canceled trains were left stranded and without any information on how to proceed.

The 12306 website, which is used by many people to purchase high-speed rail tickets, was also affected by the power outage. It experienced a technical glitch that prevented customers from purchasing tickets for certain routes. Passengers who tried to buy tickets were met with an error message and could not complete their transactions.

In response to the issue, the China Railway Corporation released a statement acknowledging the inconvenience caused by the power outage and apologizing for any disruptions it may have caused. The company also promised to take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. However, passengers who were affected by the canceled trains are still waiting for information on how they will be compensated for their losses.

Despite the technical difficulties and power outages, high-speed rail remains a popular mode of transportation in China. The CRH line runs from Beijing to Guangzhou and passes through many major cities along the way, including Chengdu, Chongqing, and Shenzhen. It is known for its speed and convenience, but passengers are also advised to check schedules and availability before purchasing tickets in order to avoid any unexpected delays or cancellations.
