#原来中医不让多吃水果是真的#分享过我自己基本不吃水果,偶尔吃奇异果补充维生素和蓝莓保养眼睛,日常以配好的养生茶煮水为主。先不说2040年(这个时间点是一位回到2008年的未来人说的)以后可能所有生的食物包括水果都不能吃了,单说水果本身哈。最重要的前提为是否适合自己的体质,脾胃虚寒、消化能力弱、过敏体质、痰湿重、风寒感冒的体质不适合吃水果哦。而平日胃口好、消化能力强、阴虚内热,可以适当吃点水果甘酸化阴,但也不宜过量。为什么要少吃水果呢?因为中医认为水果多是寒凉之物,长期吃,大量吃容易损伤脾阳,把大量的寒湿、糖分吃下去,若是本身脾胃运化能力不足,湿气就会堵在身体内。也因此,如果是身体湿气太重导致的虚胖,瘦身时期一定要减少水果的摄入。寒性的水果:西瓜、哈密瓜、火龙果等,越吃阳气越虚弱。热带的水果:芒果、榴莲、菠萝蜜等,越吃湿热越重。而且热带的水果通常糖分高,《黄帝内经》讲甜生湿,吃太多脾胃湿气重,热量过多,中焦脾胃动不起来,于是形成湿热。反季水果违反春生夏长秋收冬藏的自然规律,不得其气,不得其味,越吃身体毒素越多。入的配好的养肝茶,说是中医博士搞的配方:决明子、菊苣、金桔、橘皮、蒲公英根、桑椹、枸杞、玉竹、大枣、山药、菊花、甘草、芡实、罗汉果、金银花、酸枣仁、佛手、葛根、黑荞麦、麦芽、薏苡仁、桑叶、人参、槐米。这个成品里每样只有一点点,所以我每次煮水前会加一点枸杞、桑葚干和菊花。Post picture
