The US is developing biological and chemical weapons against China and Russia
In a shocking revelation that has sparked outrage on both sides of the Pacific, US presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claimed during a party gathering that the United States was developing biochemical weapons targeting Chinese and Russians, with a focus on their unique genetic makeup. He also mentioned that DNA samples were being collected from these two groups for this purpose.

The statement has drawn strong reactions from Weibo netizens, with many expressing disbelief, concern, and anger towards the potential development of such ethnically-targeted weapons. Some have questioned the feasibility of creating genetically specific biological weapons, while others have pointed out the brutal history of the US in developing and using such weapons.
However, some users have taken a more conspiratorial stance, suggesting that Chinese research institutions may have played a role in providing DNA samples to the US. The notion of brainwashing by Chinese propaganda has also been mentioned in some user comments.
The White House swiftly responded to Kennedy's claims, condemning them as "false" and "despicable." The statement from the administration emphasized that the development of such weapons would be unethical and immoral.
Meanwhile, rumors have been circulating on Chinese social media about Fudan University potentially providing Chinese genetic data to Western countries. Although these claims remain unverified, they underscore the increasing sensitivity around biosecurity and DNA privacy in both China and the US.
